International Expansion & Commercial Excellence

I am a strategic business consultant specializing in international expansion, with a focus on enterprise consulting, export development, and scalable value-delivery models. I help companies strengthen their commercial operations and expand beyond domestic borders by designing entry strategies, go-to-market plans, and repeatable revenue streams.

I have led multiple expansion initiatives across Europe including Finland, Sweden, Norway, Portugal and Italy – acting as a senior partner during both early and growth stages of internationalization. I have also designed and executed sales strategies across the whole CEE region, collaborating closely with executive leadership and delivery teams.

My core expertise is in evolving IT export and outsourcing models, advising on commercial frameworks, risk allocation, pricing strategies and governance for enterprise clients in the private sector. I bring together service providers and buyers through full engagement lifecycle: commercial negotiations, partner and distributor network design, contract evaluation, successful closure of operational agreements that align strategy, sales execution, and delivery maturity, sales execution and delivery maturity.

My professional practice is supported by a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from Lublin University of Technology.
